Making THE Difference in the Fight Against Breast Cancer in Women of Color

This comprehensive breast health program is designed to increase awareness and knowledge of breast health and breast cancer among women of color. By partnering with faith based organizations and community medical providers this community outreach programs will focus on decreasing the mortality rate caused by breast cancer in the African American communities.
We will train and certify Community Health Worker to provide culturally competent breast health education, information on breast cancer prevention, early detection/screenings, access to available community resources and patient navigation services for Clinical Breast Exams, Cervical Exams and Mammograms to ensure prompt and quality of care through continuum of care.
