This comprehensive breast health program is designed to increase awareness and knowledge of breast health and breast cancer among women of color. By partnering with faith-based organizations and community medical providers this community outreach program focuses on decreasing the mortality rate caused by breast cancer in the black and brown communities.

By training community health workers, we provide culturally competent breast health education, information on breast cancer prevention, and early detection/screenings, access to available community resources through survivorship.  We also provide patient navigation services to free clinical breast exams, cervical exams, and mammograms for women who are uninsured and ensure the prompt quality of care through the continuum of care.

Together we can celebrate the lives of survivors to thrivers.
